I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password right in the MyFlorida mobile app.

 

1. Click I forgot my password on the email login page

2. Enter your email address and click Reset my password

3. You will receive an email with the subject line "PayIt Account" from hello@payitgov.com. Use the password reset link it contains to create a new password for your Profile.
