Why haven't I received my tags?

Registration is delivered in the mail ten business days after the payment date. Please contact your local County Motor Vehicle Office to confirm your mailing address for your tags if they have not arrived in that timeframe. You'll need to have the following information on hand when you call:

• Owner name
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Year and Make of vehicle

The MyFlorida email receipt you received is an official state document and is recognized by law enforcement as an official proof of payment until your tags arrive in the mail.
